Emmm...that's a tittle for me right now, when answering the phone, when the patients'/doctors' are calling.. sometime it's quite ok, sometimes it's not.. yeahh.. sound like i'm not happy rite!! huhhh.. yup it's seem.. but sometime it's gonna make me happy.. it's depend on the situation, how it is been create..
